1496 – Peter de Abano writes the Heptameron in Venice.

1500 – Steganographia (Secret Writing), by Johannes Trithemius, appears.

1509 – Agrippa starts writing his Natural Philosophy.

1581 – Dr. John Dee advances the perfidy of Albion with Mysteriorum Libri Quinque.

~1750 – Unknown Italian author writes the Grimorium Verum and claims that it was edited 200 years earlier.
